operated and maintained a similar
plant with Moving Bed Biofilm
Reactor Process for a minimum
period of two
years of capacity not less than
0.25 MLD as a single work (To this
effect the client / owner of the
plant has to certify that the
Bidder/lead partner or his
Consortium Partner has operated
and maintained the plant for a
minimum period of two years)

annual financial turn over in
any one financial year (20102011 to 2014-2015) during the
qualifying period not less than
the 214 Lakh
2. Satisfactorily completed any
work of value not less than the
amount Rs. 85 Lakh in a single

The Bidder must be in the field of


providing consultancy and should
have
successfully carried out similar
consultancy works for at least one
unit of
350MW and above Gas fired CCPP
in India and which is operating
satisfactorily for not less than two
consecutive years, prior to the
date of notification of this tender
in the preceding five financial
years. The Tenderer shall furnish
copy of satisfactory performance
report issued by competent
authority with reference to the
previous similar work done by the
contractor of
value not less than Rs.1.76 Crores
The work should have been
executed by
themselves and not through their
sub-contractors. The bidders who
are not
directly awarded the contract and
worked as sub-contractors to
other
contractors are not eligible to
participate in the bid.

during last two years.

The bidder should have an


average annual turnover of
Rs.4.40 crores in at
least two years during last five
financial years as on date of
submission of bid.

statement duly signed by
Chartered Accountant.
