1. ABOUT ER MAPPER

ER Mapper is the premier image processing software that enhances data such as:

Satellite images
(Landsat, SPOT, etc)
Scanned Airphotos
3D Seismic data
Geophysics data such as airborne magnetics
Other types of raster based imagery
Vector data

ER Mapper also features Dynamic Links to products and external format such as
ARC/INFO and DXF. This lets you to combine data from a wide range of sources,
such as GIS and DBMS systems, with the data processed by ER Mapper.

2. HOW TO INSTALL AND RUN ER MAPPER

To install ER Mapper, run D:\[Link] (where D: is your CD-ROM drive)
from Windows Explorer or using the "Run..." option on the start menu.
Once ER Mapper has been installed, you can run it by double clicking on the
shortcut created on the desktop (if this option was ticked) during the setup
procedure or by selecting the ER Mapper menu option on the Start menu
(usually Start->Programs->Earth Resource Mapping->ER Mapper 7.0).
