James Ashtons screen success
James has been busy over the past six months!
He recently filmed three episodes for Season 3 of Da Vincis
Demons as Le Coccodrillo, which will air later this year.
James also appeared in the double Gold IVCA Award-winning short
film, The Deafening Silence, commissioned by the charity, Abigail's
Footsteps. Addressing the sensitive issue of stillbirth, James gave a
truthful performance of a grieving father in this eye-opening film.
The Deafening Silence won awards for Best Drama and Best Charity
nd
film as well as winning 2 place in the Viewster online film festival.
Judith Haley wins Hollywood
award
Judith has been awarded Best Supporting Actress by the Tabloid Witch
Awards in America for her role on horror film Dark Vision, playing Dr
(Clem) Clementine Currer-Bell.
As Dark Vision's eccentric, slightly tipsy, haunted house caretaker,
Judith Haley's very presence is like a page torn from an old English ghost
story. Dismissing the young upstart ghost-hunters, with all their modern
gizmos, Haley relates historical incidents full of dark portent, leavened with
comedic timing, much like the great English character actors of
yesteryear. - Hollywood Investigator
Congratulations Judith!
Terry Victor lands role in
feature film
Cast by the Hubbard office, Terry will play Voroshilov alongside
Emilia Fox in the feature Devils Harvest, a romantic-drama directed
by George Mendeluk (Miami Vice, Due South, Relic Hunter.)
The Canadian epic film set in Eastern Europe is set to be released in
later this year.
Catriona James to Bedazzle in

StAnza festival, St Andrews as Maya Deren in Bedazzled: A Welshman in
New York a play about Dylan Thomas experiences in the Big Apple.
th
The final performance will be on March 4 2015 at The Byre Theatre.
Bethan Morgan and Polly Kilpatrick
to open new WMC roof space in all
female Richard III
Omidaze productions and its all-female production of Shakespeares
Richard III is set to open the roof void in Wales Millennium Centre as a
brand new performance space for the first time.
Artistic Director at Wales Millennium Centre, Graeme Farrow,
commented: Im extremely excited to see Wales Millennium Centres
roof void used as a performance space for the first ever time. Its the
perfect alternative setting for a play that seeks to challenge
preconceptions about theatre. Its also wonderful to be working in
association with Omidaze in leading the way to increased roles for
women in theatre both on and off stage.
Richard III forms one of the events leading up to WOW Caerdydd, a
festival celebrating, provoking and expressing female achievements,
struggles and future challenges taking place in March 2015
Richard III will run from 10 23 Feb 2015.
