During my employment I have learned several communication skills in handling all sorts of
customer. Plus, I manage to learn a lot of general new things and knowledgeable skills that
would be useful in any industry for my future such as computer software skills. Everyday I
speaks to customers and this makes my language skills getting better. I was easily putting
smiles to anyone that I face. As well, I was trained to be positive in facing challenges and
problems. These are several duties that I carry out almost everyday
-creating repo with all usual customer
-compiling files using Microsoft excel
-providing ideas to improve company system or ideology

PERSONEL SUMMARY

I believe that I am the best candidate to fufil the duty of the job. My reason of applying the
job is that I have experienced and have interest to strengthen myself in this field. I enjoy
helping customer and helping them and the job scope really attracts me as it is my aim for a
