The main problems of an employed are as following:
I. Misunderstanding with family members: An employed person can not give
enough time to his or her family. Family members going toward separation
because relationship becomes weak.
II. An employed person becomes detached from his or her kith and kin and friends.
Thats why, the relationship becomes so weak and they lead their life individually.
Sometimes they remain unknown about their relatives problem.
III. An employed person can not attend in social work. Thats why; he or she does not
get any social support. He or she is compelled to solve any problem without
finding any social help.
IV. Becomes monotonous for working every time. They can not think anything else
without working. They can not enough entertainment.
V. In individual family, if husband and wife both are employees, their children grow
up without finding enough time of father and mother. Children face problem in
going to school. Parents cannot take care about their childrens study.
Misunderstanding of parents causes mental pressure to their children.
VI. Sometimes family problems affect the work place. The person cannot give enough
concentrate to his or her work. Thats why; he or she faces problems in both
family and workplace.
VII. Female employees face harassment in workplace. Sometimes when it is late to
come back, they feel insecure.
VIII. Sometimes transfer causes employees to shift their family. New place causes
many social problems.

1. Work and Family Balance is a Conscious Decision. Work and family dont
balance automatically. Achieving balance is an ongoing process. Understanding this
can reduce frustration and help you act to gain control.
2. Write Down Family Goals. Family needs change over time. Opportunities to build a
tree house for the kids or participate in a new family pastime dont last forever. Decide
what is important and write it down. Assign a date, and make these goals absolutelywill-happens.
3. Stick to Your Values. Sometimes it can be tough to make a choice between a family
and a work activity. Knowing where you stand on your values can make tough choices
easier.
4. Recognize that Imbalance is sometimes Inevitable. It is important to recognize that
jobs and responsibilities are important and that they sometimes take priority.
5. Revisit Your Schedule. When your work schedule changes new opportunities may
available to participate in family activities. Claim the high ground!

6. Recognize the Benefits of Balance. Balancing work and family has pay-offs for
children, home relationships, and everyones future happiness. Recognizing this can help
you keep balance in mind.
7. Manage Distractions and Procrastination. Working long hours causes stress that
sometimes finds relief naturally through workplace distractions and procrastination. If
you are at the office for 12 hours, do you really work only 10? If you are searching for

8. Discuss Expectations and Responsibilities. When one family member is taking on
too many responsibilities at home, resentments can build. Periodically discussing the
perceptions of others can provide the awareness you need to consider opportunities and
choices for work and family balance.
9. Organize Your Work Better. Improving your delegation and time-management skills
can buy you time needed for family life. Learning how to put work down, say no, and
let go of workplace worries are skills that are learned through practice.

Yes I want to do a job in my future life. Because I want to utilize my skills as well as I
want to lead a better life.
For this reason I have to determine a goal and I did it. My goal is to do a PHD degree on
Accounting as a result I give my full emphasize on accounting. I also decided to get
admit in ACCA after my BBA program. After complete my ACCA. I want to go abroad
for PHD. After that I want to come back in my country and join in a company and I will
give my full potential to show my skill in my job.
