1. Q: Please state your name and personal circumstances.
A: Thaddeus Villareal, Assistant General Manager of Hedwig Corporation.
2. Q: How long have you been an employee of Hedwig Corp.
A: For more than 12 years now.
3. Q: So, Assistant General Manager, how important is that, as far as the organization of Hedwig Corp?
A: Pretty important as Hedwig Corp. is just a small corporation, I am the equivalent of a VicePresident
3. Q: I see, I see, so by now you know where is the principal place of business of Hedwig Corp?
A: Yes, in Brgy. Dalakit, Catarman, Northern Samar.
4. Q: I see, I see. Do you know a person named Jacobo M. Adarayan?
A: Yes, the General Manager, my boss.
5. Q: So, your superior officer, boss as you put it. I was informed, though, that you were summoned
to Mr. Adarayans Office on _________________, 20 _____. Am I correct?
A: Hmmm, let me think, Ah! Yes, at about 4 PM.
6. Q: Really! Hmmm, then what was the meeting all about?
A: That the order of new O.R. did not all arrived. It was already ____________days late. Only 6
boxes arrived instead of 10 and there were some damages on some of the content of those which
arrived.
7. Q: By O.R. you mean Official Receipt?
A: Yes, Official Receipt of the sales transaction of Hedwig Corp, the one with the T.I.N.
8. Q: Why were you the one particularly summoned, regarding this matter?
A: Because I was the one who was authorized by the board to pick-up the finished O.R. from JK
[Link], I mean POTTER Printing Press. And I was also the one who personally transacted
with Mr. Ryan G. Estrella who represented himself as General Manager of Malfoy Logistic Corp for the
transportation of said O.R.
9. Q: Hold On, First you said Rowling then you retracted and said POTTER. Now, why would you make
a mistake like that?
A: I always get confused with the Name of the Printing Press. Because JK ROWLING was the pen
name of the author that has written several Harry POTTER books. And I read all the seven books written
by JK ROWLING about HARRY POTTER. I always thought that the owner of the printing press had a
great sense of humor.
10. Q: Do you mean to say that POTTER and ROWLING are commonly related names that is easily
interchangeable?
A: Yes, ahhhm, well as far as several of my officemates and my friends or other people of my age
bracket are concerned. In fact I remember the Secretary of Mr. Adarayan burst in laughter when she
saw the name JK POTTER
11. Q: Hmmmm, you mean to say that the people in your age bracket knows a overwhelming connection
between the surnames ROWLING and POTTER, How old are you then?
A: 24 years old.
12. Q: Would say you are about the same age as Atty. Flores, the one who made the complaint?
A: Hmmmmm, I think so.
13. Q: What did you do after you learned that the order of new O.R. have not arrived on the agreed
date.
A: Pretty much what Mr. Adarayan has ordered. I called the cellphone number of Mr. Ryan G.
Estrella, but I cannot reach him. Then I tried the land line number of Malfoy Corp. stated in the
Business Card he gave me, but I could not connect. Then I tried the landline number stated in his
Houseway Bill. I still could not connect. Thus we sent demand letters, several times to the address in
the Houseway bill and the business card.
14. Q: What happened to the demand letters.
A: It was Returned to Sender for ______________________________

15. Q: You said that you personally transacted with Mr. Ryan G. Estrella for the transportation of the
O.R. How did the transaction took place.
A: Well, Martin De la Cruz told me about Malfoy Logistic Corp and then he contacted Mr. Estrella,
who arrived about half an hour later. He then took me for a ride to a condominium building, where they
rented a room for a small office, there we did the paperworks including the houseway bill. Very early,
the next day, we met at JK POTTER Printing Press where he was on board a closed van with marking
MALFOY LOGISTIC I gave him the money and then I supervised the loading of the O.R. after that I
proceed to the Airport for my flight back to Catarman.
