WHEREAS, Plaintiffs Delaware Display Group LLC and Innovative Display
Technologies LLC (Plaintiffs) and Defendant [Link], Inc. (Amazon) have resolved
Plaintiffs claims for relief against Amazon and Amazons claims for relief and defenses against
Plaintiffs asserted in this case.
NOW, THEREFORE, Plaintiffs and Amazon, through their attorneys of record, request
this Court to dismiss Plaintiffs claims for relief against Amazon with prejudice, and Amazons
claims for relief and defenses against Plaintiffs without prejudice, and with all attorneys fees,
costs of court and expenses, with respect to all claims solely between them, borne by the party
incurring same.
