This document describes the processes, inputs, tools and techniques, and outputs involved in project integration management and the other major project management knowledge areas. There are six main processes for integration management: develop project charter, develop project management plan, direct and manage project execution, monitor and control project work, perform integrated change control, and close project or phase. The other knowledge areas covered are scope management, time management, cost management, quality management, human resource management, communication management, risk management, procurement management, and stakeholder management.
