Summer Fayre
Coming very soon. Saturday 28th June from 12 - 3. We
have already booked the sunshine. All we need
now is you and your contributions. After half term
we will be sending out the collection dates and
what items we will be looking for. On the three
collection dates we also allow the children to
come into school in non-uniform.
Have a brilliant half term. Mr. R

And as another half term draws to a close, we have to sit
back and reect on the past short half term and what we
have achieved. It has been another super half term with
so many fun, exciting and engaging activities that we
hope have enhanced our childrens learning. I have
enjoyed seeing all our children ourish this year and as
the end of the year gets closer a simple question comes
to mind. Could we ask for anymore from our children? I
think we can say they have and are still giving everything.

Class Assembly
Brilliant assembly this morning Class 3J, they gave
everything. They basically taught us how to write
adventure stories in a fun and engaging way. The
audience loved it. A huge thank you from everyone
including the Sparrowhawks from the Infants. 12 down, 1
more to go. We look forward to it Class 10M.

Lost. Needs a good home.
Can you please check that if you are a parent of one of
our boys football team players, that you have all your
school uniform. We have a whole school uniform in the
school ofce and not one of the boys wants to claim it.

Dinner Money
Next term is a 7 week half term, therefore dinners will cost
10.25 per week and 71.75 for the whole half term.

Tag Rugby
After many weeks of training, our Tag to Twickers team
took part in a qualifying competition on Wednesday. They
faced some very stiff competition from quite a number of
schools in the local area. However, our hard work and
perseverance paid off and they have now qualied for the
Birmingham nals. Well done everyone and thank you to
the Exiles Rugby Club for their hard work.

Hidden Talents
It was incredible to be able to hand out so many
certicates to children this morning. You can see some of
the pictures above.
However, Katie in Year 6,
has a very special talent.
Dancing. Katie and her
partner Nick danced in the
World Championships over
Easter and did well. She
danced Latin for the British
Juvenile team on 24th April and for the rst time in 15
years team GB won which was a fantastic result, beating
Russia, Ukraine, USA ,China,Norway and Iceland. Best
under 12 team in the World. We do have incredibly
talented children in this school.
