PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project proposal, Art is Cool is unlike the usual projects held in communities. This will
not involve teenagers, adults, or elderly; instead, the children are its focus. t will !e like the usual
school days; hence, it will !e a fun and e"citing activity for children.
Children will !e taught the !asics in drawing and colouring to enhance their creativity and further
develop their talents.
III. PROJECT RATIONALE
#e chose this project so as to inspire children of $andacan, %anila. This is the time wherein
children enjoy the essence of art. They are more ama&ed of the things that art can do rather than
pure education. The group !elieve that we can give joy to the children even at a short time only.
#ho knows, this could !e a start for some of them and they discover their 'od(given talent on arts)
