ITM Universe Fee Waiver Request

The student writes a letter to the director of his institute requesting (1) a waiver of his tuition fees for the remaining semesters due to his father's death leaving him as the sole earning member of his family, (2) a reconduction of his mid-semester exams that he missed due to attending rituals for his deceased father, and (3) a medical leave to study from home for four months due to a leg fracture requiring bed rest. Sub: Tuition fee waiver
Respected Sir,
My father has expired in an accident last month. He was the only earning
member of my family. My mother is a house wife and my two elder sisters are pursuing
higher studies. Being the only male member of my family now I have to shoulder the
responsibilities of my family. I have been a bona fide student of your esteemed institute and
my CGPA is 8.0. In absence of any financial support I am finding it difficult to keep balance
between my studies and family responsibilities.
Therefore, you are requested to kindly consider my poor case and waive my tuition fee fully
for rest of the semesters. For this act of your benevolence, I shall be grateful to you forever.
Thanking you in anticipation of your affirmative action.

Att(s):

1. A copy of death certificate of father
2. A copy of my grade sheet
3.
Yours faithfully,

Sub: Reconduct of Mid Semester
Respected Sir,
My father has expired in an accident on 03.03.2014. I along with my family
went to our village to complete the rituals. Due to this I missed some papers of my mid
semester and the classes which were taken till 25.03.2014. I have been a bona fide student of
your esteemed institute and my CGPA is 8.0. But I am afraid that I will not be able to
maintain it due to the aforesaid missed papers and classes.
Therefore, you are requested to kindly consider my sad case and reconduct the mid semester
for me. For this act of your benevolence, I shall be grateful to you forever.
Thanking you in anticipation of your affirmative action.
