Instructions:
1. All entries in this Form shall be printed or written in block/capital letters.
2. Candidates employed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Institutions and Banks should apply through their employer along
with N.O.C. from the concerned institution before taking the written test in case of being short listed.
3. Incomplete or applications without necessary documents are liable to be rejected straightaway, therefore, ensure that you have filled in all the
fields and attached all the relevant documents before sending your form.
4. Only those candidates are regarded as eligible who possess the minimum basic qualifications prescribed for the post on or before the last date
on which the applications are required to be submitted.
5. Misinformation and any attempt to influence the selection process will be considered a definite disqualification for current as well as for all
future recruitments in the Bank, even if the candidate is otherwise qualified.
