Navarroza Jason S. Oben Lee D. Almine IMPLEMENTING AGENCY: LGU- Brgy. Rizal, Sogod, So. Leyte TARGET DATE: February 28 March 01, 2014 TARGET BENEFICIARIES: Brgy. Rizal Community PROPOSED BUDGET: P 4,800.00 NATURE AND BACGROUND OF THE PROJECT PROPOSAL Every activity in the barangay held in the covered court. During night time, one of the problems in the barangay covered court is poor illumination of lightings because some of the facilities are no longer workable and some are having a low wattage rating. OBJECTIVES: It is important that the covered court must be fully illuminated because this is the place where the constituent of barangay met for certain propose like sports activities, social gatherings, barangay meetings, and others. RELEVANCES: Covered court is one of the facilities own by the barangay. All activities are usually held in the covered court. There are activities that held during night time. Since most of the activities held in covered court, the barangay can get income from that facility by having rent for who wants to use that covered court.
