Thebelowproposallaysoutasuggestedamountofdesigntimeandapaymentandreceipt scheduleofthreeandahalfmonths.Basedon15yearsofexperienceandover100design projects,Iestimatethatthisistheidealscopetogetyouwhatyouwanttomoveforwardinto theimplementationofaclearplan. GOALS
Inthisdesignwewilldevelopacomprehensivemasterplanforalowmaintenance,resource conserving,[Link] siteanddevelopinteresting,peaceful,andproductivedestinationsinthelandscape,with [Link](flat stones,existingnativerock),conservewaterwheneverpossible,designlowmow(fescue) lawns,andingeneralconservenaturalandhumanresources. Theclientagreestoproviderelevantinformation: a) Ifyouhaveaplatmaporsurveythatwouldbegreatifyoucouldsenditbymailorpdf. Utilities,easementsandrelatedpropertyinformationmaynotbeuptodate,ormaybe [Link]. b) Accesstoviewsoutkeywindows(coordinatedwithyouinadvance).Iwillcallaheadfor permissiontoaccessyourpropertyformeasurements,photos,andanalysis.
