INTERNATIONAL RECIPROCAL CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

Based on extensive studies conducted by AACE International and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), it has been determined that the CCC/CCE and MRICS are fundamentally equivalent certifications in scope, depth of knowledge and experience, although the process of achieving these certifications differs. Following a meeting held in November 2007, AACE and RICS have agreed on a Memorandum of Understanding which will allow any CCC/CCE or MRICS/FRICS to apply to the other organization for reciprocal designation.
