CONFERENCE 2
In this class we were talking about teachers roles, there were some sentences and we worked in pairs to find what kind of role was each one, after that, we shared our opinions to find the correct answer and talked about what kind of activities we can do in the different points. I will give you some activities that you can apply in the class when some of this cases be presented, you will use your English and the students will practice it.

ACTIVITIES FOR USING ENGLISH. Teachers motivate the students to participate, so, they can start talking about something important or asking for some comments that students already know, and this will be the way which students feel confident and participate in class. First of all, teachers need to explain exactly what they are going to do in the activities and then, they start doing activities in group, where they will practice their English and share opinions. Also, teachers can start doing some activities where students pass to the board, so, they will lose the nerves to be in front of the class.

Besides, teachers sometimes have to control the students language to make a good environment. Introducing the lesson. Organizer Teachers can bring some materials to start doing an activity and make the students to participate. Also, teachers need to have the control of the activities and make them interesting to get the attention of the learners. Teacher brings some materials that facilitate the understanding of the students, so, it let them to know what to do and if the students have doubts, they can ask the teacher for help. Teachers do activities where students learn some structures about tenses or any other topic, after that, they can put it into practice for learning vocabulary. When the students are learning structures, teachers have to correct them immediately but, the teacher has to do it in a gentle correction because it make a good atmosphere for them. group or maybe they can tell them what they have to do step by step. Teacher have to do the students to participate in all the activities because all of them have to do it every class, so they will learn at the same time. When teacher gives homework to the students, they have to explain them what to do, and if they dont really understand, students can ask to the teacher explain it again because, it is important not to leave the students with doubts, for that reason the teacher is a facilitator in the classroom. Teacher do activities in the classroom where he participate and he is like a student too, so the students have the opportunity to talk or share opinions with him. Also, when teachers participate in class, they make a good environment and students feel more comfortable.
