Desain Smart Building yang terinspirasi dari rubik, sehingga diaplikasikan ke bangunan Mixed Use Building ini. Bangunan ini diperuntukkan untuk Shopping Centre, Rental O i!e, "partemen dan #ame $one. "kan tetapi yang sangat berperan penting dalam bangunan ini yaitu #ame $one %tempat bermain anak&, sehingga bangunan ini terlihat berputar seperti rubik. 'asil ran!angan Smart Building ini merupakan hasil (ugas Besar S(U)" * di )rodi (eknik "rsitektur U+,M"- -hokseuma.e dengan sistem ker/a kelompok. Dalam pelaksanaannya terdiri dari empat anggota, yaitu0 "'-U- $,1R,, +URU- MU-," )2R(,3, S"R,, ,(" 4"R,D" 5 S'"'RU- S"-"M.
