Recommendations
1.
Specific training modules can be expanded depending upon the local conditions (e.g. waterlogged rocky area-eco sanitation)
2.
Refresher training can be arranged to update the knowledge and skill periodically based on the impact analysis.
3.
As far as possible the existing training materials can be collected and used locally.
4.
Services of the Nirmal Gram Puraskar (NGP) village functionaries, among others, may be utilized as resource persons for the grass root level training programmes.
5.
The training should be ideally organized in best practice village/NGP awarded village. However the organizers are free to choose an appropriate village of their convenience.
6.
A separate module for SSHE, IEC and rain water harvesting may also be prepared.
7.
Identify Key resource centers for training of District officials, Non officials and TOT/Resource team
8.
Resource centers/State Communication and Capacity Development Units (CCDUs) should Collect and disseminate existing training materials to support the training programs State CCDUs may act as training and research material collecting and clearing centers for their state/Region IEC materials should be pooled state wise and shared with the district, block and village level functionaries for effective reinforcement. NGP award winning GPs/villages must be optimally utilized for capacity development of others. Convergence of services should be stressed / focused in all training Programmes
