Brewer Outraises Dumanis in DA Race

Robert Brewer, who is challenging incumbent District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis for her position, has outraised Dumanis for the second reporting period in a row. Brewer's committee raised $201,065 in the second half of 2013 compared to $128,005 for Dumanis. Overall, Brewer has raised $482,308 to Dumanis' $341,301. Brewer said that people are excited about his candidacy and want an alternative to the incumbent, and that the fundraising numbers are proof of this. Brewer has also received endorsements from several prominent law enforcement associations.
