CSRA Risk Assessment Methodology Report

This report summarizes the results of a cost and schedule risk analysis conducted for a district project. The analysis followed USACE guidelines to quantify cost and schedule contingencies needed to achieve an 85% confidence level. Key project risks and assumptions were identified through workshops with the project delivery team. Monte Carlo simulation was used to analyze the impacts and determine that a [X]% contingency is needed for both cost and schedule based on the current design. Major findings and risk mitigation recommendations are provided to support project planning and decision making.
