OBJECTIVES 1. To find out the levels of necessary skills required for employment 2. To analysis the reasons for the lower skill levels of the students in the two districts 3. Identify the perception of the engineering graduates towards employability skills 4. Identify the perception of the employers towards engineering employability skills 5. To survey the final year engineering students and employers to determine their views on the nature and relative importance of different employability skills and on the preparedness of students for employment 6. To identify the soft skills required by local and multi-national companies 7. To determine the employers views on the nature and relative importance of different employability skills.
