QAU may request additional information, or conduct a physical audit, in order to properly evaluate the genuineness of your financial need. Please respond promptly to avoid processing delays. All data and documents submitted with the application form will be treated in strict confidence.
Caution: Please note that incomplete applications or those with missing documents will not be
processed. Documents at Sr. No.1 to 7 are mandatory. If these documents are not available with you please
specify the reasons.
Note: Please read the instructions given below carefully before filling out this form. QAU is committed to ensuring that no one is denied the opportunity to pursue higher education due to his/her inability to pay. With this purpose in mind, QAU launched its scholarship program (QAUEF) from its Endowment Fund. The program seeks to identify the most deserving students who have achieved academic distinction yet lack the financial resources to pursue higher education. As the amount available for this purpose is very limited, it becomes absolutely necessary to ensure that each scholarship recipient is selected on the basis of a very stringent screening process that also gives donors the satisfaction that their contribution is well spent.

Providing false information may jeopardize your admission at QAU, recovery of payments received, penalty, disqualification for award of any future financial support or loan, rustication from the QUAID-I-AZAM UNIVERSITY and initiation of criminal proceedings. The applicants must attach all documents, as per checklist, with the application form.

STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS/FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
The QUAID-I-AZAM UNIVERSITY (QAU) takes special care of its deprived students and not only gives them eminent education but also keeps a birds eye on their financial concerns and plays vital role to resolve them so that the students may not face any obstacle in the way of education. QAU is committed to support the poor students to pursue their academic excellence. There are so many students who cannot afford the QAU fee because of their poor financial background. It has been therefore, decided that Financial Assistance should be provided to students, who demonstrate their weak financial position, on need basis. The magnitude of the Financial Assistance, in terms of amount, may be decided (by the Financial Support Programs Committee) considering the need of the applicant. It is expected of the students who are awarded QAU financial support that they would show Good academic performance, are regular in classes and demonstrate good personal behavior.
