Our Purpose: To successfully complete quality deliverables before time without intra-team conflicts and ensuring our full commitment towards the group activities in effect learning the project management processes. Through this project, we would ensure that all the activities are carried out honestly and with transparency. Team Goals: Mandatory Team Goal #1 Create quality documents on the project in order to facilitate employees to swiftly shift from local exchange servers to corporate Gmail. Provide insights and possible solutions about the baggage handling system at the Denver airport in order to provide understanding on project management. As a team, ensure complete co-operation in subsequent activities such as textbook project, video on project management and other deliverables.

Team Roles Considering the small size of the team, the team has decided to implement rotating roles of leadership system, so that each member has the equal opportunity to take up various positions within the team. The three different roles defined are as follows: 1. Project Coordinator: a. The Project Coordinator manages the meeting schedule of the group and delegates work assignments to the other members for the specific week. b. The Final decision on what the team is going to present in terms of material content and Presentation rests with the Project Co-coordinator. c. Monitor whether the team is on course or not. 2. Liaison: The person would be responsible for following: a. In charge of the communication with Professor/mentor. b. Coordination with other teams, groups when needed.

c. Look for innovative ways to present readings and Group work assignments 3. Proofreader: a. Research and submit concise materials for presentation and Group work assignments b. Submit rough drafts for each assignment which needs to be reviewed by other team members c. Produce reworks on consecutive drafts as decided by the group

Code of Conduct As a team, we will: 1. Maintain contact with each other on a daily basis and liaise with the professor about the project. 2. Provide equal opportunity for all members to participate and include all the team members in decision making. 3. Include the views/opinions of all team members during conflict resolution and discuss issues as a team. 4. Attend all the team meetings on time and add in its content. 5. Be diligent about all the deliverables irrespective of any circumstances. 6. Make sure that all the team members are aware of the progress. 7. Keep the other members of the team in the loop about any exceptional behavior. 8. Ask for help, if and when needed and provide help when requested. 9. Work with professional integrity by not copying/stealing any materials from any source.

Team Number 4 Team Plan and Meetings

1. The team will make all decisions collectively. The team will discuss issues until a consensus is reached. If no Conesus is reached, the Project Co-Coordinator will take the final decision. 2. At the start of every team meeting, each team member will identify a concerns or complaint and explain why they are concerned. Before ending the meeting the team must work out a solution of the problem. 3. Team members will be expected to perform assigned tasks on time. If a team member will not be able to attend any meeting, she/he is responsible for informing all teammates via email or phone. 4. Team members will meet every Saturday from 2:00pm until 4:00pm to decide on the Problems Faced by each member, trying to work out the solution. Each member will reserve the time from 11:00 am -2:00 pm on Thursdays for Project Status after the Class. 5. Every team member is responsible for bringing materials, information, etc., to the meeting. Every member will s be responsible for passing the materials to the Project Co-coordinator, prior to the scheduled meeting. This will give the Project Cocoordinator ample time to research and have background knowledge on the topic.

Rewards/Peer evaluation This form would be used at the end of the semester to evaluate individual team behavior and thereby determine the participation and commitment towards the project.

Team Number 4 Conflict Resolution in case of unacceptable behavior:Description of Unacceptable Behavior Team member misses three consequent team meetings. Consequence The team will report the incident to the professor. The team may discuss and decide agenda issues without the missing team member. The team will reassign the remaining part of the assignment and finish on behalf of the team member. One mark is deducted from the team evaluation marks. The team member may be removed from team and may be reassigned to different project at the professors discretion. If member loses contact with the group for 2 days or more without notifying the group where he/she is, the member would lose marks in team evaluation as per the other members discretion. The group will review the issues and decide if it is considered as slacking or not and take action accordingly. Exemption

This is the first version (v1.0) of the team contract. The contract provides the provision for changes in the contract to be released in the next version based on agreement between all team members. The revision to the contract should also be informed to the professor and gain prior permission to make the changes.
