Assignment Approval Process

-- but those leaving at end of Y12 need a Level 3 Certificate. LIV/QN prints Specification from BTEC Website
List of Units - Mandatory or Optional? LIV/QN proof-reads against the specification, and makes suggestions for amendment etc

Find one that looks suitable

Alert LIV/QN to the fact changes have been made to the draft unit.

How long will it take to deliver? Usually either 8 weeks (or less) or about 5 months.

LIV/QN completes Form 2, QCF BTEC IV Assignment Brief.

How many tasks are needed to cover all the assessment objectives? Usually 4 or 5.

LIV files hard copy of Form 1, the Unit Specfication, the Unit as issued to students, Form 2. Add all the necessary information: Cover sheet Unit introduction Learning outcomes Assessment criteria Planned dates of issue and deadline for completion of unit Separately, complete Form 1 Unit may be issued to students
