As Account manager, my responsibilities were to manage the relationship with the customer, to lead the offshore team to achieve project objectives, and to identify, track and resolve issues. As an Engineer in Process Engineering department, my responsibilities included CNC programming for horizontal and vertical machining centers, general maintenance of machining centers, preparing process sheets, improving productivity of machining centers, designing jigs and fixtures etc., Contributed significantly in improving manufacturing processes to reduce manufacturing cost and lead-time.
