WE NEED YOUR HELP!
In order for LTES to be the most amazing school possible, we need your help!
Each Friday throughout the year the PTO has snacks available for sale for your student. We need volunteers who can help with this! It takes less than an hour of your time and you get to spend some time seeing what goes on at your childs school. We also have several dates open for parents to make treats for Thank Goodness its Thursday. If you would like to sign up to help with either or both of these, you can either complete the back side of this form and return to school or please contact Jennifer Mayhall at jmayhall@[Link] or 544-3174.

Box Tops Rewards Party
Congratulations to Mrs. Haass class for bringing in the most box tops from the summer! The PTO will be rewarding this class with an ice cream float on Friday, August 30 at 2 p.m. Remember to keep clipping box tops throughout the school year. The classroom that brings in the most will receive a pizza & bowling party at the end of the year! New for this year, classrooms can keep tabs on their box tops progress with a chart that will be kept in the lunchroom. Thanks to Heather Eubank for coordinating, counting and mailing in our box tops. Last year they earned our school just over $3,000!
Students Receive Free Shirt
As the PTOs gift to your student, he/she will receive a FREE shirt with the LT logo. Please check todays Thursday folder for the t-shirt order form that you need to complete and return to school in order to receive your shirt. You also have the opportunity to purchase more LT Spirit wear or a LT logo Tervis Tumbler. All t-shirt order forms are due on September 6. If you order additional shirts or tumblers, you must include a check for the full amount written to the LT PTO.

Fall Fundraisers are Coming!
On September 12 order forms for the LTES Coke Fundraiser will go home with students. Last year students effort brought in a little over $6,000! On October 12 the PTO will be sponsoring our annual Fall Chili Supper & Silent Auction. Once again we will have an art auction, featuring an art piece from each class. Last year just over $6,000 was brought in from this event. These fundraisers are so helpful to LTES! We are so appreciative of your support, attendance and hard work. We are all working together to continue to provide the best!
PTO Purchases
The PTO has been thrilled to purchase the following items for our school: Ten (10) eight-foot long tables Several playground balls Apply $200 toward North Spencer County Lego Robotics program (currently have over 20 students from LTES participating)
