ANNEXURE IV COMMERCIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS DELIVERY The Equipments would be Delivered within a period as reckoned below from the date of receipt of approved drawing. Drawings for approval would be submitted within 3 days from the date TERMS OF PAYMENT : 40 % of Supply Value along with the Order. 60 % of the Supply Value + 100 % Taxes and Duties + 100 % Transportation charges Against Pro-forma Invoice but after inspection at our works before dispatch (Pro-rata basis).

100 % Erection & Commissioning charges after successful Commissioning at your Site.(Pro-rata basis). TAXES AND DUTIES : These would be charged extra as applicable at the time of supply. The present rates are as under.
