1. INTRODUCTION
This Warehouse Management System project mainly deals with automating the tasks of maintaining and transacting the [Link] the Warehouse Management System inventory management is the key [Link] process includes the activities such as maintenance of stock details, maintenance of receipts and items etc. It is a tedious job to maintain all these details manually. Hence we opted to automate the Warehouse Management System. Warehouse Management System automates the job of warehouse system. It mainly includes five Modules.
1.1 MODULES
1. Administrator 2. Sub-Location In-charge 3. Retailer 4. Supplier 5. Customer
1.1.1 ADMINISTRATOR
The Administrator is pre-assigned a login-id and password using which he can manage the warehouse. Administrator once logged in can add new suppliers and sub-location incharges. A "Purchase Order can be made by the administrator only after the suppliers created by him will add products to the product list. Once the Administrator is able to place a purchase order, new bills are generated which can be accessed by the Bill Payments " option in the Admin Panel. This payment is verified by the Supplier after the payment details are submitted by the administrator. WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
INTRODUCTION After verification supplier delivers the products to Administrator. Administrator can view the stock details using the option View Stock ". The purchase order made by Sub-Location In-charges can be accessed by using the Sales Order option in the Sub-location In-charge Information" option in the admin panel. All the receipts for Purchase orders and Sales order corresponding to Admin are accessible through the Receipts " option the admin panel.

1.1.2 SUB-LOCATION IN-CHARGE
Sub-Location In-charge is registered by Administrator. Once the products are added to Admin Stock, Sub-location In-charges can place a purchase order. The stock is then delivered to the Sub-location In-charge. Sub-location In-charge can verify the payment made by retailers and deliver products to the corresponding Retailers.

WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

1.1.3 RETAILER
A Retailer is registered by Sub-location In-charge. Retailer can make a purchase order if stock is available with the sub-location in-charge. Retailer makes sales to the customers and all the purchases and sales receipts can be viewed by using the Receipts option in the Retailers panel.

1.1.4 SUPPLIER
Supplier is registered by Administrator. Once a supplier is registered he will be able to add products to the corresponding supplier stock verify the payment made by Administrator and deliver the products to him.

The Customer receives the bills from the retailer based on his purchases.
