Thank you for your kind inquiry. Herewith we are pleased to submit our quotation for the project mentioned above for your kind consideration. 1. PRICE The prices for the system consisting of design, supply (M&E), delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and training are: Sewage Treatment Plant (Cap. 200 m3/day) Water Expert Systems Concrete Automatic Screen Rp. Rp.

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Price: Project Site (Palma Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan) Exclusions: VAT/PPn 10% & Pph. Civil works Piping and cabling outside battery limit Validity: The prices are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of this quotation. Delivery: Practical completion will be 60 days after civil works, settlement of administration, down payment and technical matter.

Commissioning: Commissioning and plant start up will be done within 7 days after installation.

Payment: - 30 % - 40 % - 25 % - 5%
