Check-in counters open 2 hours before departure and close strictly 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. For all flights departing India and Colombo only, check-in opens 3 hours prior to departure and closes 1 hour before departure. Passengers travelling on TR-, DG- and RI-designated flights are allowed 7kg of carry-on luggage plus 1 laptop computer each. Passengers on TT-designated Australian domestic flights are allowed 2 pieces of carry-on luggage provided that each item does not exceed the dimensions of 54cm X 38cm X 23cm, with a maximum combined weight of 10kg. If you are eligible for Web Check-in on a flight originating from Singapore, please note that online check-in for your flight opens 48 hours before your flight departure date. Local departure taxes will be pre-collected by the airline for departure for all other destinations. Taxes for flights departing Singapore include a S$2.20 aviation levy per passenger. We are a 'point-to-point' airline and therefore do not offer transfers of passengers or their baggage to other flights, whether operated by Tiger Airways or another airline. Passengers who have booked an onward journey need to ensure they have sufficient time to make the transfer to their next flight, and have the relevant travel documentation to enter Singapore and their eventual final destination.
