“Learning by Leading: A Student-Initiated Employability Bridge Extension
Project for SK and Barangay Officials.”

This initiative highlights the important role of students as leaders and
communities as partners in strengthening SK and Barangay capacity through
employability skills.

- She is a Faculty member at Burauen Community College,
- Chief Operating Officer of ThinkerVille, a new online platform offering self-
paced learning programs, such as Civil Service Exam review
-Former part-time instructor at Eastern Visayas State University- Burauen

-A Freelance content writer and social media manager
-She Acquired a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts degree from the
University of the Philippines Visayas Tacloban College
-And Currently taking up Master of Education (Major in English)

And now, it is my honor to present our Second Resource Speaker:
- He is a dedicated educator and passionate advocate for the power of reading,
communication, and literacy.
- With almost 16 years of rich teaching experience, our resource speaker
currently serves as a Professional Education Instructor at Leyte Normal University for 3
years now, with impactful tenures at EVSU-Burauen for 5 years and St. Augustine
International School for 7years. This experience has been consistently guided by a
belief in fundamental education and language instruction.
- His academic journey reflects this commitment, holding a Bachelor of
Elementary Education majoring in Content Courses and a Master of Arts in Education
majoring in Language Instruction. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy
specializing in English Language Education, constantly seeking deeper insights into
how we communicate and learn.
- Beyond the classroom, his interests in Language, Literature, Psychology, and
Philosophy inform a holistic view of education. When not teaching or studying, he
enjoys the creative outlets of reading, creative writing, journaling, listening to podcast,
and playing musical instruments, embodying the very principles of personal growth. -
