52. You are provided with clean water, maize flour, source of heat,
saucepan, stirring stick and a basket. In four steps, explain the steps
you follow to prepare posho until it is ready for consumption.
(i) Boil water in a saucepan and add maize flour to the
boiling water while stirring continuously.
(ii) Reduce the heat and keep stirring until the mixture
thickens
(ii) Cover the saucepan and let it slimmer on low heat for
some minutes.
(iv) Remove the posho from heat and let it sit covered for
few minutes and then serve.
