Further to our Appointment Letter ref. MMK/2024/205 dated 7th May-2024, please find below
“TERMS OF CONTRACT FOR CONTRACTUAL DEPUTATION”.

1. DESIGNATION “Structural Engineer”
Normal working hours at site for “WORLEY ” project shall be 8 Hours per
day (Excluding lunch break), 6 days a week. However, if work demands,
NORMALWORKING you shall occasionally work beyond normal working hours and even on

TIME / OVERTIME weekly offs / holidays / in shifts. However, for hours worked beyond
normal working hours, extra payment shall be paid by “MMK” @ Rs. 250/-
per man hour.
Your Gross Salary shall be total @ Rs. /- per month on pro-rata
basis which includes Basic Salary @Rs. /- plus House Rent
3. GROSS SALARY
A l l o w a n c e @Rs. /-, Conveyance Allowance @Rs. /-, Medical
Allowance @Rs. /-, Education Allowance @Rs. /- & Bonus @ Rs. /-.
You will be entitled for 18 days Paid Leave during the year on prorata

basis. i.e. 1. 5 days pm. Subject to approval from Worley. (Calculated on
gross monthly salary basis)
Please note that, any weekly offs / public holidays if falls within the leaves
availed by you (if prefix & suffix both are paid leaves) shall also be treated as
paid leave.
You shall arrange & pay for your own accommodation near Dahej, Project
ACCOMMODATION Site. MMK shall pay an additional accommodation allowance @ Rs. /- per

As per WORLEY ’s company policy, local transportation shall be provided

7. FOOD ALLOWANCES Included in gross salary as part of other allowances.
“MMK” shall retain 5% of gross salary or Rs. /- every month, whichever is lower
and such total retained amount shall be paid to you at the end of the contract
including all extensions. However, if you leave job before expiry of the contract

All travel expenses by II/III A/C train / Luxury Bus from Mumbai to

The total amount payable at the end of every month including gross salary,
allowances, etc. shall be paid to you by direct transfer to HDFC/SBI

14. DATE OF JOINING With effect from
15. LOCATION At WORLEY ’s Project Site at Dahej.
It will be based on requirement of our client i . e . WORLEY . This

CONTRACT period may be extended/ reduced further based on t he requirement of
WORLEY . However, you would continue to work till it is required by
WORLEY .
In case you desire to exit from this contract before its expiry, you shall give
30 day’s notice or pay equivalent salary. “MMK” reserves its right to
17. NOTICE PERIOD terminate the contract at any point of time without any notice period if your
performance/ behavior is not found up to the expectation of WORLEY
/MMK.
“MMK” would follow the state and central laws for deduction of Profession
18. DEDUCTION OF TAXES Tax, Income Tax and any other Tax at source as applicable at the time of
making monthly payment.
Any dispute arising out of execution of this contract can legally be settled
19. JURISDICTION
only at Mumbai within the purview of Bombay Jurisdiction.
P.S.: Basic Salary includes dearness allowance and food allowance.
