About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer (GenAI) to join our technology team and
build next-generation AI-powered applications. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who
enjoys solving complex technical challenges, building products from scratch, and shipping
production-ready software. You will work closely with the Associate Director – Technology to design,
develop, and scale intelligent applications that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents,
workflow automation, and modern cloud technologies. The ideal candidate is passionate about building
products, thrives in startup environments, and can take ownership from concept to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Product Development
● Build, test, and deploy scalable web applications across frontend, backend, and cloud
infrastructure.
● Develop production-ready features using modern frontend and backend frameworks.
● Design and build secure REST APIs, microservices, and backend services.
● Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
● Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
AI Product Development
● Build AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
● Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and other AI APIs into business workflows.
● Develop AI assistants, chatbots, copilots, document intelligence, and workflow automation tools.
