Weekly Hair Care Routine (Overload Free)

Sunday - Natural Cleansing

• Ingredients: Soak Shikakai, Amla, Bhringraj, and Reetha overnight.
• Morning Routine: Mix Aloe Vera gel into the soaked mixture and apply to the scalp for 45 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly with plain water only (Do not use shampoo).

Monday - Nourishment & Massage

• Evening/Night Routine: Infuse Fenugreek (Methi), Cumin (Jeera), Onion, Nigella seeds (Kalonji), and
Curry leaves in cooked coconut oil. Gently massage into the scalp for 5-10 minutes with light hands.

Tuesday - Hair Wash (No Hot Towel)

• Morning Routine: Wash hair using Vatika Shampoo to thoroughly remove Monday's heavy oiling.
• Important Note: Completely stop using hot towels or steam to prevent hair root breakage.

Wednesday, Friday & Saturday - Rest Days

• Let the scalp breathe on these days. Do not apply any heavy oils or hair masks.

Thursday - Conditioning Mask (Once every 15 days)

• Morning Routine: Grind overnight-soaked Fenugreek (Methi) and Nigella seeds (Kalonji), then mix with
curd. Apply to the hair for 30-45 minutes and wash off with Vatika Shampoo.
• Reason: Applying this mask weekly was weakening the hair, so restrict usage to just once every 15 days.

Daily Routine Habits

• Every Night: Apply Rosemary, Ginger, and Fenugreek water toner to the scalp. Tie a very Loose Braid
only after the toner has dried completely. Sleeping with wet hair increases fungal risks and hair fall.
• Every Morning: Tie hair into a very Loose Bun (Juda) to avoid unnecessary pulling and strain on the
hair roots.
• Daily Diet: Regularly consume dry fruits, fresh fruits, and herbal powders to strengthen and thicken hair
from within.
