Whereas the Hon'ble High Coui.t of Himachal Pradesh

vicle judgment dated 07.01.2026 in CWI' No.15271/2025 titled as Jeevan

Lal Vs State of I-lp & others directed that:-

And whereas petitioner \\i'as appointed as Lecturer

(School-New) English on contract in the ~\.ear 2021 ancl his services were

regularized in the }'+ear 2023. As per Finance Department letter No. Fin-

(PR)B(7)-1/2021-loose dated 04.04.2026, it \`;as decided that the an

eniployee appointed on a coiitract basis on or before 03.01.2022 shall

receive the benefit of Rule 7 (A) only after completion of two years of

regular service.
Now therefore, in compliance to the order of I-Ion'ble

High Court in `Ex. Pet. No.1184/2025 in CWP No.15271/2025 titled as

Jeevan Lal Vs State of lip & Ors., the petitioner is allowed Rs. 47000/-

after tv\Jo years of regular service. The Priiicipal/DDO concerned school is

hereby directed to fix the pay of petitioners and release the arrears as per

Finance Depailment iiistructions issued from time to time and compliance
