Navigating challenging ideas is an important skill. You will have tough spots that might require

you to use this skill. During high school, you will probably need to use this skill at all times. It

isn’t like middle school where you can do the bare minimum and get a good grade. High school

requires you to use most of your brain power to get an A. Most classes have tough grading

policies. High school is the most important 4 years of your life. High school will teach you to

navigate through hard spots with work. Thats why there is a blast center, to tutor kids who need

that skill. All types of assignments need you to come with good and challenging ideas.

If you don’t use this skill, you can get lost. The most you can scrape is a C. But if you use the

skill, you can get all A’s. Although there is a blast center to help you, sometimes you need to do

it yourself, there won’t always be someone there to help you. My mom is constantly pushing me

to try my hardest. If I come across a challenging assignment, she will say, “ You can do it

yourself, in highschool, you will need to navigate through harder things, and if I'm always there

to help you, you can’t do anything yourself when you're older”. Don’t get me wrong, I'm not

saying don’t get help, I'm trying to say that there won’t always be someone to help you. You

need to master navigating through tough situations. If not, you will be lost in life.
Another place you might need this skill is your adult life or job. Absolutely no one is going to

always help you. You have to get independent and not rely on people. Nobody is going to be on

your back telling you that you have to do this and that. Mostly everything in high school is trying

to prepare you for the real world. You are most likely going to use this skill at all times. Like I

said, It’s an important skill to master for high school, and your adult life.
