strengths, and what you are looking for next.
2. Why are you interested in this position?
Answer approach: Connect the role’s responsibilities with your interests, skills, and career
direction.
3. Why do you want to work for our company?
Answer approach: Mention the company’s business, reputation, culture, products/services,
or growth and explain why those appeal to you.
4. What are your greatest strengths?
Answer approach: Choose 2–3 strengths relevant to most workplaces, such as
communication, problem-solving, adaptability, organization, or teamwork, and support them
with brief examples.
5. What is one weakness you are working on?
Answer approach: Choose a genuine but manageable weakness. Explain the steps you are
taking to improve and show progress.
6. Why are you looking for a new job?
