BOND DETAILS
● Candidates selected on Govt. ● Candidate joining on

course before completion he/she leaves the MBBS

COUNSELLING ROUND RULES
ROUND 1
● A candidate allotted a seat in Round 1 and does not join the allotted
college will be eligible for subsequent round without forfeiture of
security amount.
● Round 1 joined candidate who has not been upgraded during round 2
counseling or has not participated in round 2 may resign without
forfeiture of security amount within two days of declaration of round 2
result, failing which he will be considered as joined candidate for round
2 and rules will apply accordingly.
ROUND 2
● If a candidate is allotted a seat (fresh / upgraded) in round 2 of counseling
and does not join the allotted seat, his/her security amount will be forfeited.
Such a candidate shall be eligible to participate in further rounds of
counseling on a fresh application (re-registration) and on depositing the
security amount again.
● Any candidate who retains his round 1 allotted seat (after two days of
declaration of result of 2nd round of counselling) and candidates who join
their round 2 allotted seat will not be allowed to resign (including the return
of original documents) on or before the last date of admissions as scheduled
by MCC/NMC/DCI, and the conditions of bond shall be applicable
● A candidate having joined status on completion of round 2 and willing to
participate for upgradation in round 3 will be eligible for participation in
round 3 of the counseling.
ROUND 3
● A candidate allotted a seat (fresh / upgraded) in round 3 of
counseling and does not join the allotted seat, his/her security
amount will be forfeited. Such candidate shall not be eligible to
participate in stray vacancy round.
● Candidates having joined status after round 3 will not be allowed to
participate in Stray vacancy round.
STRAY VACANCY ROUND
● A candidate allotted a seat in stray vacancy round does not join the
allotted seat shall be debarred from participating in the State counseling
process for next one year, along with forfeiture of security amount and
bond conditions shall be applicable.
● Candidate who joins the course on allotment of round-3 counselling or
retains his or her seat (allotted in earlier round) in round-3 or a candidate
who joins the course on allotment in stray vacancy round, shall not be
allowed to resign the course (including returning of original documents) on
or before the last date of admissions as scheduled by MCC/NMC/DCI and
conditions of bond shall be applicable.
NOTE
Note: No candidate can join two colleges/institutes at the same time. At the
time of round 2 or 3 of the allotment process, such candidates who have
registered for the state counseling and who have joined other
college/institute (as on a specified date) through round 2 or 3 of All India
counseling or any other counseling and hence as per the directions of
Hon’ble Supreme Court shall be in-eligible for allotment in State round 2 or
3 and stray vacancy round.
POINTS TO PONDER
● If a candidate joins his allotted seat in any round of counselling,
his/her security amount will be adjusted in the tuition fee to be
deposited for the allotted college.
● The security amount if not forfeited or adjusted in fee, will be
refunded after completion of counseling process, to the concerned
bank account from which the security amount is deposited.

IMPERSONATION
● If at any stage, it is found that any candidate has indulged in any
case of impersonation i.e. not matching the biometric/ photograph/
signature/ videography/ documents of the candidate etc. he/she will
be handed over to the Police and the cases will be dealt as per the
Indian Penal Code. Such candidates will be debarred permanently
from taking MBBS/BDS Admissions in Future.

● NRI Sponsorship Certificate: A signed declaration from the sponsor (Proforma/Annexure
usually provided on the official website
● Sponsorship Affidavit: A notarized document where the sponsor agrees to bear all
expenses (tuition, hostel, etc.) for the entire duration of the course.
● Relationship Affidavit: A legal document (often on a ₹100 stamp paper) proving the exact
blood relation between the candidate and the sponsor.
● Passport & Visa: Clear copies of the sponsor's valid passport and residency visa/work
permit.
● Foreign Bank Account Details: A copy of the sponsor's NRE (Non-Resident External) bank
account passbook or statements.
● Sponsorship Priority: First priority is given to actual NRIs/OCIs who are residents of
Rajasthan. Second priority is given to NRI-sponsored candidates.
● Eligible Sponsors: Rajasthan allows "First Degree" relatives (Parents, Siblings) and "Close
Relatives" (Grandparents, Real Uncles/Aunts, and First Cousins).
