Feedback System — User Guide
For coaching-class admins, teachers, and corporate managers using the feedback tool.
1. What this tool does
This is a feedback collection system for two settings:
● Coaching / education — a Class Head (admin) manages Teachers; each Teacher runs multiple Lessons, and
students give feedback on each one.
● Corporate — an HR/overseer (admin) manages Managers; each Manager runs multiple Training Sessions,
and employees give feedback on each one.
The structure is: one Group (a batch, subject, or project) contains several Sessions (individual lectures or training
sessions). Each Session has its own feedback form and its own shareable code/link.
2. Roles
Class Head / HR Overseer (Admin)
● Logs in with the admin passcode (set by whoever deployed the tool).
● Creates and manages Teacher/Manager accounts, each with their own name and personal passcode.
● Can view every Group, Session, and all feedback across the whole organization.
● Can edit the question templates used for new lessons/training sessions.
● Can delete any Group or Session (requires re-entering the admin passcode as confirmation).
Teacher / Manager (Staff)
● Logs in with their name + the personal passcode the admin gave them.
● Creates Groups (e.g. a batch or subject) and Sessions (individual lectures/trainings) within their own
account.
● Shares each Session’s code or link with their students/employees.
● Views feedback and summary reports for their own sessions.
Student / Employee (no login)
● Opens the link or types in the 6-character code shared by their teacher/manager.
● Fills in the feedback form — no account needed.
3. Admin: setting up staff
1. Log in on the landing page using the admin passcode.
2. Go to "Manage staff" and click "Add teacher / manager".
3. Enter their name, choose Student-track or Corporate-track, and either type a passcode or click "Generate"
for a random secure one.
4. Share that name + passcode with the teacher/manager privately (e.g. WhatsApp, not a public group).
4. Teacher/Manager: running a lesson
1. Log in with your name and personal passcode.
2. Create a Group for the batch/subject (e.g. "Batch 2026 — Physics") if you haven’t already.
3. Inside the group, click "New session", give it a title and date. A default question set loads automatically —
edit, remove, or add questions as needed.
4. Publish it — you’ll get a 6-character code and a shareable link.
5. Share the link or code with students/employees right after the lecture ends, while it’s fresh.
6. Repeat for each lecture/session — a teacher running 7–8 lectures a week just creates 7–8 sessions inside the
same group.
7. Open any session to view live responses, star-rating breakdowns, and written comments.
5. Student/Employee: giving feedback
● Open the link shared by your teacher/manager, or go to the tool and enter the code manually.
● Fill in your name (required) and ID/roll number (optional).
● Answer the questions — star ratings, yes/no, multiple choice, or written comments depending on what was
set up.
● Submit. No login, no account needed.
6. Tips for smooth use
● This is built mobile-first — most students/employees will use it on their phone. Sharing the direct link
works better than asking people to type a 6-character code.
● Codes are case-insensitive and ignore extra spaces, so it’s forgiving if someone reads it out loud.
● Deleting a Group deletes every Session and every response inside it — this cannot be undone, which is why
it requires the admin passcode.
● Keep personal passcodes private — don’t post them in a public group chat or channel.
7. Getting help
If something looks wrong (a session missing, feedback not saving, an error message), take a screenshot and note
what you clicked right before it happened — that makes it much faster to fix.
