Task 2
Some people believe that developed businesses prefer to offer more money to leaders than
employees. While acknowledging certain arguments opposing this opinion, I firmly believe that
the higher receive should be taken by staff.
Granted, one might argue that CEOs and executives have to earn higher salaries because of
their responsibilities. As a leader, often pioneer projects, need a large amount of money to deal
with all problems if they lose. Therefore, Giving the leader more benefits helps them to avoid
several risks. Nevertheless, it should be noted that their sources of profit from the company and
high salaries are already high to solve its. The workers who are struggling with life and high
living standard costs require higher salaries, so that it is reasonable for them to earn more
money.
From my perspective, these are particular reasons why higher income should be placed on
workers. One of these is that it can create a respectful environment in the workplace between
header and staff. Several staff have bad behaviour with their bosses because their income is
not worthy of their contribution and hard, with higher income, workers feel satisfied with their job
and develop relationships with managers. In addition, Company which their salary are high
usually attract talented people participate in. They not only improve company productivity also
generate professionalism in the organization.
In conclusion, I strongly contend that the higher salaries should received by employees. This is
because it can create a harmonious emotion between both class in a company and help the
company grow strongly.
CEOs and executives should earn more than employees -> higher responsibility + significant
decision making -> have an impact on company’s performance -> require combinations of skills
such as expertise, communication, problem solving -> oversee various aspects of business ->
improve marketing, branding
- critical role -> shape company’s strategy -> profitability, position
employees earn more -> motivation and productivity -> earn income that deserve their efforts
and the workload -> job satisfaction
w/o the appearance of employees -> company cannot gain profit fastly and sustainably develop
Granted, one might argue that CEOs and executives have to earn higher salaries because of
their responsibilities. Leaders who take responsibility for important decisions need a large
amount of money to deal with many problems that impact a company's performance.
Moreover, executives are responsible for overseeing multiple aspects of the business, including
improving marketing and the company's brand.
From my perspective, there are particular reasons why higher income should be placed on
workers. One of these is that it can motivate employees in the workplace. Several staff who
earn income that deserve their efforts and the workload can feel satisfied with their job and
develop productivity. In addition, Companies that pay high salaries usually attract more talented
people. They not only improve company productivity but also generate professionalism in the
organization.

The bar chart compares the year 2001 and 2008 about the number of workers in five different
varieties of jobs in one area of Australia.
Overall, it can be seen that while the number of people doing sales increases to varying
degrees, that of accounting experienced a downward trend. It is also noteworthy that sales was
by far the most popular work among the five jobs given.
Looking at the sites that more employers did, one can see that sales, computing and nursing
showed increasing trends over the period. In 2001, Sales attracted nearly 160000 employees,
which took the lead. Then, the number of people enjoy sales found to increase to around
161000 in 2008, maintaining its dominance. Undergoing the similar trends, About 58000 people
participated in both computing and nursing. In 2008, Computing, exceeding nursing, increased
significantly to 68000 instead of 59000 by nursing, which ranked second and third among five
examined jobs.
Turning to the remaining sites, it is clear that accounting and farming observed the reserve
trends. The year 2001 witnessed approximately 62000 workers apply for accounting, which was
just less popular than computing in the first year surveyed. This figure declined to 58000 people
in 2008. Furthermore, Farming was the least popular of five jobs surveyed in 2001 by 22000
people. In 2008, Farming stayed static in the chart, which decreased slightly to 20000 people.
The table illustrates the number of people changing living areas in five different countries to
these five countries in 2002.
Overall, it can be seen that UK and Germany were the countries which attracted the most
immigrants among five countries surveyed. While the number of people migrating from other
countries to Poland was at the lowest rate. Italy and Spain were in the middle.
Looking at the sites that welcome more foreign people to live, one can see that Uk and
Germany received the highest number of individual immigrants. In the UK, the highest group
came from Poland, at 8.9. This was followed by Spain and Italy with 4.5 and 5.5. A similar
pattern can be seen Germany which ranked second behind UK, also welcomed 7.7. Meanwhile,
the figures for Spain and Italy were lower, just 3.5 and 4.5.
Turning to the remaining sites that observed the reserve trend, Poland, Italy and Spain were
smaller. Total immigrants in Poland was around 1, with the largest 0.5 from Italy. An recorded in
the number of people arrived in Spain was the highest at this trend, by 2.6 from Poland and
around 0.5 and 0.7 from UK and Germany. Undergoing the similar trend in Italy, where the
largest figure was from Poland, and other numbers were lower than 1.

The pie charts illustrate the types of sources for manufacturing electricity including fossil fuel,
hydropower and nuclear power in four different countries from 2003 to 2008.
Overall, it can be seen that fossil fuel and hydropower were both used by four countries. India
and Vietnam manufactured electricity by using fossil fuel the most. In contrast, Hydropower was
preferred in Morocco and Sweden than other figures, especially nuclear power which only
contributed a small proportion in India and Sweden electric production.
Looking at the countries that only produced electricity by consuming fossil fuel and hydropower,
one can see that hydropower was almost chosen for producing electricity in Morocco and fossil
fuel in Vietnam. The percentage of Hydropower consumed in Morocco accounted for the most
sources used by this country, nearly 96%. About 5% fossil fuel was used in Morocco, which
ranked third among the sources. However, In Vietnam, fossil fuel accounted for the largest
proportion of electricity at 56%, while the percentage of Hydropower made up nearly half of the
pie chart with 44%.
Turning to the remaining countries that use all the sources in generating, it is clear that India
and Sweden had big different in consuming these sources. Consuming fossil fuel in India
constituted the most percentage, making them dominate other sources. India also has a small
percentage in nuclear power and Hydropower, only 4% and 15% respectively. In contrast,
Sweden completely reserved with India, Hydrocarbon accounted for more than fossil fuel and
nuclear power. A half of the pie chart contains the most by Hydropower around 15% and 4% in
fossil fuel.

With the decreasing number of people attracted by advertising nowadays. This essay will first
outline the underlying reasons before suggesting some viable presenting my final thought.
One key reason why consumers are less influenced by advertising is not telling the truth about
their products, many people used to believe in nonsense products which were useful advertised.
For example, clothes are introduced with rare fabrics THAT ARE unable to fade their color often
get dirty or change size after several times of laundry. In addition, advertisements nowadays
gradually become annoying to new generations. Due to the high frequency of advertisements on
social media like youtube or facebook, young people will get bored with its repetitive contents
and skip all these. For example, users feel bothered by many advertisements when they are
watching videos or playing games.
Granted one might argue that the decrease in consumers attracted by advertising can help
people less buy low quality products. For instance, if buyers have no doubt, unreliable products
will be easily hooked by advertisements. Moreover, the quality of products has to be upgraded
in all businesses to compete with rivals instead of investing in advertisements. With cut down
financial in advertisements, more companies need to concentrate on the quality of products to
retain customers. However, the decrease in advertisements attention may cause many
problems for small businesses to grow, so many suitable goods can not approach by
customers.
In conclusion, although the users nowadays gradually less believe in advertisements, I believe
that is a positive development for consumers to easily access high quality products.
