Job Description – Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Kochi (Work from Office / Client Location – 5 days a week)


Experience: 4 – 7 Years
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable and efficient web applications from concept to
deployment.
• Build and maintain APIs, web services, and RESTful endpoints to enable smooth
data exchange between front-end and back-end systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in the complete
software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design,
coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry
standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Take ownership of applications, troubleshoot and debug issues across
environments, and ensure performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to
enhance skills and contribute to technical discussions.
• Prepare and maintain technical specifications, system designs, and other
project documentation proactively.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical challenges.

Requirements (Must Have)

• Hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot API development.


• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience in Angular framework.
• Proven expertise in mobile-first UI development (Progressive Web Apps and
Responsive Websites) with adherence to web accessibility standards (WCAG
2.x).
• Proficiency in Git commands and version control practices.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns, Service-
Oriented and RESTful architecture.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information
• Candidates must be willing to work on-site from office/client location
throughout the week.
