Guard Viggo: Good day, Ma'am, welcome to Empire Restaurant!

Waitress Moralde: Good day! Can I take your order?

Customer Barruga: Can I have the soup appetizer and a steak for my main course please.

Waitress Moralde: to Customer Ignacio: And for you what’s your order?

Customer Ignacio: Can I have the salad for appetizer and spaghetti for entree.

Waitress Moralde: Can I get you something to drink?

Customer Barruga: My drinks will be a water only.


Customer Ignacio: I'll take a soda.

Waitress Moralde: Coming right up.


(Food Arrives and Customers Begin to eat)
Waitress Moralde: How’s everything?
Customer Ignacio: The food was so delicious, thank you.

[20 Minutes Pass waitress clears the table]

Waitress Mapili: Can I get you anything else?

Customer Barruga: Can I take the order bills please.

Waitress Mapili: Sure, here's your order bills Ma'am.

[The Customer Enjoy their Meals]

Scene 2:
Guard Miranda: Good day, Sir, welcome to Empire Restaurant!

Waitress Tipay: Good day, can I take your order?

Customer Wino: Can I have some cream soup, and Chicken Buffalo with Cream Cheese,
and also 2 rice with soda.

Waitress Tipay: Okay sir. Can you wait about 5-10 minutes, is that okay with you sir?

Customer Wino: Okay, no worries I'll wait for my food.

(The Waitress serves the customer)

Waitress Tipay: Hello sir, here's your order.

(Customer Check his Order)


Customer Wino: Waitress! Can I ask what is this? why are there some insects in my food? My God! your
service is not good. Can I talk to your manager?

Waitress Tipay: I'm sorry for the inconveniences. I will call our manager. Please wait for a while.

Manager Reyes: Hello, what’s the problem here?

Customer Wino: What is this sir? Why there are some insects in my food? Did you checked already
before you served? My God!

Manager Reyes: I'm really sorry sir, for what happened. I already check our food before we serve. I will
talk to my waitress.

[Manager Talk to waitress]

Manager Reyes: Next time, you make sure that there are no insects in our food. We need to receive the
high quality because of our customer. We need to fix this problem, okay? Next time, I don't want to
encounter any complaints coming from our customer.

Waitress Tipay: Yes sir, we will fix this problem.

Manager Reyes: Sir, we will offer to you our best seller. Don’t worry, we will change the food that you
order.

Customer Wino: Sure, next time I don't want to encounter any insects in my food.

Manager Reyes: Sure, Sir.

Customer Wino: Thank you.

Manager Reyes: You're always welcome sir.


Guard Miranda: Thank you for coming!
