What was your interest and motivation for pursuing your field of education?

 My interest in Electrical Engineering started from a curiosity about how electricity is generated and
transmitted to different places. During my school years, especially in Class 12, topics like Current
Electricity and Magnetism fascinated me and motivated me to learn more about the subject. As I explored
the field further, I realized that electrical engineers play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient
functioning of industries and power systems. This understanding inspired me to pursue Electrical
Engineering, as it offers the opportunity to solve real-world problems while contributing to the nation's
industrial and energy infrastructure.
What makes you choose HPCL for this job? ?
Growing up, I always wanted to work in an industrial environment like my father. Seeing his dedication
and sense of responsibility inspired me to pursue a similar career. I have always been curious about the
challenges of working in a plant, including handling operational responsibilities and adapting to shift-
based work. HPCL, being a Maharatna company, provides an excellent platform to learn from
experienced professionals, build my technical skills, and apply my knowledge in real industrial
operations. What motivates me the most is that my work can directly impact people's lives by contributing
to the reliable supply of fuel and LPG that millions of households and businesses depend on every day.
Being part of such an organization would be both a privilege and a responsibility.
What are your short term and long term career objectives?
My short-term goal is to build strong technical knowledge by gaining practical experience in industrial
electrical systems. I want to bridge the gap between my theoretical learning and real-life industrial
applications so that I can become a dependable and responsible team member.

My long-term goal is to continuously enhance my technical skills and keep myself updated with emerging
technologies. I aspire to take on greater responsibilities throughout my career and contribute to the
organization's growth while playing a meaningful role in the development of society. I believe continuous
learning and growing with the organization are essential for long-term success.
What are your strengths and weakness that you feel will influence work in the organization?
I believe my biggest strengths are adaptability, patience, and willingness to learn. I adapt well to new
environments and enjoy learning from experienced people. Through team sports and my role as a student
mentor, I have developed leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. I am confident in my abilities
and always try to improve myself through every experience.

One area I am working on is that I sometimes get overly excited while taking on new challenges, which
leads me to set high expectations for myself. If I don't achieve them immediately, I tend to be self-critical.
However, I have learned to focus on consistent improvement rather than instant results. I am also a bit
reserved when meeting new people, but once I become familiar with them, I build strong and lasting
relationships.
. If you have to describe yourself in 3 words, what would those words be?
Leader, Patient, and Adaptable
At the end of our lives, we may want certain aspects of our work, achievement, character, disposition etc.
to stand out and be talked about in glowing terms. What would you want the salient features of your life
to read like.
At the end of my life, I would like to be remembered more for my hard work, dedication, integrity, and
kind nature than just my technical skills. I believe technical knowledge can always be improved, but
values and character leave a lasting impression. I also hope that the way I conduct myself makes people
appreciate the values my parents have instilled in me. Whenever I am entrusted with a responsibility, I
give my best to fulfill it with sincerity and commitment so that people remember me as someone they
could always rely on.
. What is your biggest achievement till date? Why do you consider it to be your biggest achievement?
My biggest achievement has been overcoming my ACL injury. It was one of the most challenging phases
of my life because I suddenly had to stop doing the activities I loved, such as running, jumping, and
playing sports. The injury affected me both physically and mentally, but I decided to focus on recovery
instead of giving up. After surgery, I remained disciplined with my rehabilitation exercises despite the
pain and stayed patient throughout the process. Today, being able to walk confidently again is something
I consider a significant achievement. This journey taught me resilience, patience, and the importance of
believing in myself even during difficult times. It made me realize that with determination, consistency,
and the right mindset, I can overcome challenges and achieve goals that once seemed impossible.
What are your extra-curricular activities, hobbies and other pursuits apart from academics? Please
mention any accolades if you have?
I actively participate in sports and have represented my team in football, where I had the opportunity to
lead my team to the division level. Playing football, along with badminton and cricket, has taught me
teamwork, discipline, leadership, and the ability to perform under pressure. Apart from sports, I have a
keen interest in graphic designing and video editing, which allow me to express my creativity and
continuously learn new skills.
