How to approach the case
Introduction (3–5 mins)

interviewer.
Understand & structure (5 mins)
Clarify the problem before jumping into solutions.
Confirm the objective, success metric, scope,
timeline, and constraints.
Break the problem into smaller components, avoid

Analyse (5 mins)
Identify key drivers, ask data-driven questions, test
hypotheses, and adapt if new information changes
your thinking.
Remember to think out loud, investigate first, and
don’t solve too early.
Develop solutions (5 mins)

on your analysis.
Prioritise the most effective recommendations and
focus on realistic outcomes.
Present final answer (5–7 mins)
Explain your reasoning with a concise summary of
the objective.
