Delivery :Within 4 weeks after the receipt of order, (Purchaser will require to submit Road
Permit or any Form prior to dispatch of machine, if required.)
Packing &
Forwarding : It will be borne by the customer.
Payment : 50% advance with the order and remaining amount before dispatch.
Warranty :1) One year against faulty parts. Items not covered under warranty such as Tool,
Collet & LM Block, Spindle Bearing .
2) Our warranty on machine does not cover the damages happen through Fire created
by any means, outside force, operator's mistake, natural calamity etc.
3) During Warranty period repairable parts courier or transportation it will on
customer side
Training :Will provide necessary training to customer’s technical team for technical operations
of machines on site. Training will be provided at the time of installation and
commissioning of machines at site. Once installation gets completed and machines
handed over to customer, all trainings required in future, will be on paid basis.
Validity :The prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.
