Dear Professor Awais Khan

I hope this application finds you well. I am writing to inform you of an unfortunate circumstance that led
to my absence from the recent MQA paper. I had been suffering from a severe upper respiratory
infection accompanied by a high fever, which rendered me unable to attend the exam.

I have attached a medical certificate from my physician, attesting to my condition and the necessity of
rest and recovery during this period. I deeply regret missing the examination, as I have been diligently
preparing and was eager to demonstrate my knowledge and understanding of the course material.

Given these unforeseen circumstances, I kindly request your understanding and consideration in either
allowing me to reschedule the examination at a later date or granting me an incomplete grade (I-grade)
until I can sit for the exam. I am committed to fulfilling all course requirements and ensuring my
