Introduction
The purpose of educational practice: The goal of passing practical training is the
implementation of the acquired theoretical knowledge, abilities, and skills, as well as
obtaining an idea of the practical activities of the organization

I have done work on sections of the educational practice of the assistant dentist hygienist
Practical training at the Russian Scientific Center for Radiology in the dental office is a
combination of actions and manipulations associated with the premises, apparatus and auxiliary
equipment designed to perform radiological and dental services.
The purpose of the practice as an assistant dentist hygienist was to obtain professional skills and
experience in the professional activities of diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of dental
diseases.
The practice objectives were:
acquiring the ability to conduct dental examination of the adult population
training features of examination of patients with periodontal tissue diseases, hard tissues
of teeth, pulp, and periodontics
Mastering the basics of diagnosis and treatment, rehabilitation and prevention of dental
diseases.
study of possible complications in dental diseases, pulp and periodontitis, methods of
their elimination and prevention
shaping medical thinking and behavior to solve professional problems
sanitary - educational work: lectures, conversations with patients of the medical
institution
Learn about the principles of the organization and operation of the clinic of general
dentistry; prevention of infection in health-care facilities, creating favorable conditions
for patients and working conditions for medical personnel
mastering the principles of organizing the work of medical personnel in outpatient and
preventive institutions, determining functional responsibilities and optimal algorithm of
their implementation
instilling the skills of the operational process of working with patients within a limited
time at the reception in outpatient institutions.

The clinic has presented a dental installation of KaVo. Modern dental installation includes an
automatic control chair, a "reflector," compressor and managed, devices for carrying out the
necessary manipulations in the mouth: dissecting solid tissues, removing dental deposits,
removing saliva and dust. The set can have an ultrasonic unit to remove tooth deposits, there
should be a pistol for water and air. Some dental facilities are equipped with light-polymerization
lamps. , back, lumbar area and patient's legs.
Modern installations provide the convenience of working both in two and four hands with an
assistant. The doctor can work calmly sitting in a position for both 9 hours and 12 hours. Also, I
have mastered the skills of working with tools for professional oral hygiene, conducting an index
assessment of oral hygiene, tools and techniques for detecting soft plaque and Tartar and
methods of application, infiltration and conduction anesthesia, as well as fully mastered the skills
of processing and preparing tools for dental reception, in addition, I have learned to maintain and
fill out all medical documentation and outpatient records of dental patients.
