Course Title AM133: Value Chain Management
Course Description This course introduces the concept of the value chain;
evolution of the value chain concept; types of models of the
value chain; the value creation process, value chain activities
and margins, agribusiness value chains, their analysis and
management; value chain organizations; value chain actors;
value chain markets.
