In continuation to the Notice dated 04.07.2026 whereby closing


date for receipt of online recruitment applications for the post(s) of Assistant Professor (College
Cadre) in the Department of Higher Education, H.P. was extended upto 15.08.2026. In view of the
requests received from various aspiring candidates, the date for receipt of online recruitment
applications for all posts of Assistant Professor (College Cadre) in the Department of Higher
Education, H.P. advertised vide advertisement No. 33/6-2026 to 55/6-2026 is hereby extended upto
25.08.2026 till 11:59 P.M.
The desirous/eligible candidates may apply online through
Commission’s website [Link] Applications received through any other mode will not
be accepted and will be rejected straightaway. Other terms and conditions of the Advertisement
referred above shall remain unchanged.
In case of any enquiry, the candidates can contact Commission’s office on any
working day from 10:00 A.M. to 05:00 P.M. on telephone No. 0177-2624313/ 2629739 and Toll Free
